Jan led Sox into the round pen and unsnapped her lead rope. She flicked it at the mare's haunches, chasing her away. She would wait until the mare showed signs of wanting to 'join up' with her; head lowered, ear flicking to her, and opening and closing her mouth like she was chewing air.
OOC: If u dont know much about 'join-up' you can google it and read about it!

ooc: okay....im doin' first person if u dont mind! IC:
My frisky nature was evident as I bucked playfully in the sand filled ring. Where was Emy? I had met this human before, but I didn't really know her; or like her, for that matter. The moment she unclipped my lead rope, I was already bounding around the pen like a new born filly. I knew the signs of her wanting me to turn; doesn't mean I would obey them though. I cantered around a few times before turning in a corner, kicking up tons of sandy dirt in the process. I had little to no interest in this girl, she wasn't my master, and I didn't see the need to obey her. After a few more laps, I simply stopped and began munching on the grass on the outskirts on the pen.

Jan flicked her lunge whip at Sox's quarters and stepped forward. She wasnt exasperated, jusst curious that thiss horse was so different than the others. She decided to switch methods, and just leaned on the fence, pretending to ignore the mare.

I snorted lightly and took one more bite of grass before pulling myself up and cantering about the pen once more. I pricked my ears towards her as she leaned against the fence, ignoring me. I cantered by and as I did I slowed only to ruffle her hair in an attempt to gain some attention. That was something I hated the worst; being ignored. It didn't go well with my "Center Of The Crowd" personality.

Jan didn't move as the mare came to her, just stood there. She watched a bird in the distance, the trees swaying in the breeze, anything to take her eyes away from Sox. Storm clouds gathered in the distance, and Jan finaally sighed. She turned around slowly and walked towads the gate, wondering how to get the mare to run away from her. She had a sudden idea-- the paddock was close, and she could chase her in there. Whirling, Jan flicked the whip and sent the mare towards the paddock. OOC: If possible, can she not run away before she gets to the pddock? and not jump out of it, either PLEASE! thanks
